Claims such as "waterproof" or "tarnish-free" do not mean jewellery will never need care. Patina is a natural surface change that develops as metal reacts with its environment. The patina that builds over time is not a flaw; it is proof of the life the piece has lived with you.

Jewellery was meant to tell a story, to represent moments of our lives, and to hold memories and reminders of our experiences. Scuffs, patina and wear are normal.

Clean with a soft cloth or silver polishing cloth. Keep away from perfume, humidity, salt water, chlorine and harsh chemicals. Store in the pouch in a dry place when not in use.

Thanks for your trust and patience. Your chosen piece is handcrafted for you. We usually ship within 30 days of payment receipt within India and within 45 days for international orders. As we work with third-party aggregators for the last-mile courier service, there may be delays outside our control.

Pre-orders and customised jewellery may take longer. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees, and third-party courier delays may occur.

International shipping is available to select serviceable destinations at a flat charge of ₹2,000. Customs duties and taxes are payable by the customer.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or size exchanges, subject to applicable law.
